For general Management of tenants leases,representing Lanlord on all matters that pertain to the property,supervision of auxiliary staff such as caretakers and watchmen; vetting and selection of court bailiffs,collection of rent arrears and monthly rent return to the landlord on due day of the month as agreed with the client,we charge 10% of collected rent or a commission upon by both parties.
For letting of vacant houses at which occasion we are not the managing agents, we levy a fee of one month equivalent of rent as our letting commission or a commission agreed by both parties.
For letting of vacant houses at which instance we are the managing agents, we charge a modest fee of half one month rent towards our commission.
Consultancy fee of only Two thousand (2000) per session on other matters related to but not captured herein.
For representing landlord in related but peripheral matters excluding what is contained herein , we only charge one thousand (1000) per hour.
For collection of arrears accumulated prior to our appointment we levy a fee of 5% above our usual management rate.
For reading and invoicing of water and electricity meters, we charge a modest fee of Eight Hundred Only per monthfor the entire property.
For valuation of rent, we charge as per scale subject to the same meeting. Our minimum charge is Twenty Thousand (20,000) or a commission agreed upon by both parties per report.
